Founder and CEO
Drew is a well-respected and experienced professional in the electronic retailing industry. In 1992 he began representing a major vacuum cleaner company to QVC and by 1995 had grown their business into a substantial partnership with QVC. He also served as on-air spokesperson for the company's line, giving him first-hand knowledge of the nuances of on-air live presentations.
In 1996, Drew founded Cambridge Sales East to specialize in Sales Representation at QVC. He was honored for his outstanding work by being nominated for QVC's prestigious QStar Award in the category of Programming & Broadcasting Teamwork. In 1999 Drew merged Cambridge Sales East into a new company - On Air Sales & Marketing.
Drew is a graduate of Villanova University and the proud father of Ally, David and Ethan, and devoted husband to his beautiful wife Kelly.
Vice President, Sales & Broadcast
Nic graduated from West Chester University in 2007, earning his BS in Business Marketing with a minor in Business Geography. In the fall of 2004, he joined ON AIR Sales & Marketing working as part time employee learning the nuances of QVC. He focused on the creation, coordination and execution of on air product presentations. In spring of 2006, he worked as an intern for his Business Marketing major. In 2007 he served as the Operations Manager during the early development of On Air Direct, a QVC.com warehouse fulfillment facility. During this time he continued to develop relationships with QVC merchandising and production staff.
In May 2008, he was hired as a full time Account Manager for On Air Sales & Marketing. He now works with all aspects of the business in finding new vendors and products, and presenting those products to the QVC buyers. He has developed a strong knowledge of QVC procedure and actively guides orders from their creation, through QA, and eventually to their sell out presentations. Nic is a certified QVC guest, having completing the QVC Training Course. He currently presents products in the Home Solutions category.
Janene Mullen is a West Chester, PA native with a Bachelors Degree in Education from Cabrini College. Her 20 year sales career started in Baltimore, Maryland’s dental field but she eventually landed in television. She worked at WUTB, a Foxx affiliated, as an account executive particularly focused on infomercials and political campaigns.
Janene has been working with QVC since 2005 as an on air guest. Starting in 2007 Janene began presenting on air in QVC UK where she hosted several TSVs and a one hour quilt show. She continues be a QVC guest for a variety of products but favors Sunbeam’s heated bedding and pain relief items.
Janene joined the On Air Sales and Marketing team in August of 2009. She enjoys being a liaison between manufacturers and QVC’s buyers and navigating product through procedures. She enjoys the thrill of finding products that are of interest to QVC’s target audience and crafting a sales presentation to speak to the viewer.
Executive Assistant & Account Manager/ Manager of Charitable Causes
Heather has been working with On Air Sales & Marketing since 2010, providing organizational solutions to the company, assisting with fulfillment duties and account management, as well as a variety of other duties as needed.
In August 2013, Heather became an assistant to the CEO and provides sales support to the entire sales team. Heather has grown in this position and truly enjoys assisting with the On Air and QVC process.
Heather has her BS in Business Management from Bloomsburg University as well as Certifications in Education from Cabrini College. She is from West Chester, PA where she lives with her husband Paul, and three beautiful children- Tyler, Tara, and Troy.
Account & Broadcast Manager
Kyle graduated from West Chester University in the Spring of 2017, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and a minor in International Business and Marketing.
Kyle has been a part of the On Air Sales family since the spring of 2014 as a part-time employee learning the essences of the business. Since his start, Kyle has progressed from on air presentation execution to all around sales support. His work spans from studio coordination, all the way to sales planning, analysis, and most importantly, creative direction. When it comes to selling a product via QVC, Kyle really is our “jack of all trades”. Through his keen eye for detail and experienced sales knowledge, He’ll be sure that the cameras see the most of every item we put in front of it.
Starting in June 2017, Kyle began work in finding new products and presenting them to QVC buyers. Kyle enjoys traveling, and catching tons of live music whether it be local or well-known acts from across the country. We cannot wait to see what the future holds for him here with us at On Air Sales!
Director of Accounts & Sales Analysis
Joining our team in March of 2013, Jessica Hart brings a wealth of retail experience and QVC knowledge to On Air Sales & Marketing. Jessica started at QVC in 2007 in the Food & Cookbook Buying Office. Over the next few years, she discovered, introduced and educated many new vendors to QVC, growing them into multi-million dollar brands. Along the way, Jessica received two QVC Key Awards for successful teamwork. She also independently managed the Cookbook business, doubling the category’s revenue in 2 years, while bringing many notable celebrity chefs to QVC.
In 2011, Jessica was promoted to Buyer of Home Décor, where she reinvigorated a struggling category and was able to launch and reinvent many very successful mattress and furniture brands. During her time in this role, she increased sales, while forming strong partnerships with her QVC cross-channel team members, and learned how to manage all aspects of QVC’s dynamic business.
Jessica is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and studied abroad at The Center for Cross-Cultural Studies in Seville, Spain. She is conversationally fluent in Spanish and sings with the Reading Choral Society. Jessica has three daughters, Zara, Siena and Ella, with her husband, Shaun.
Director of Accounts
Colleen brings 12+ years’ experience in the world of home shopping to On Air Sales & Marketing. In 2004, she left her role at Tiffany & Company to join QVC as an Assistant Buyer for their Jewelry Category. In 2007, she moved over to QVC’s Gadget, Tabletop and Cutlery business where she was responsible for increasing the gadget business by 10% and the tabletop business by 132% year over year in 2009. During her time at QVC, she supported her team by searching for new items and brands, successfully executing items through QVC product pipeline, developing and negotiating “Today’s Special Value” and “While Supplies Last” products while strategizing base business for her categories on a daily basis.
In the Spring of 2010, Colleen left QVC to further her career as an independent consultant. She worked with brands (Sachi and Lock & Lock) focusing on product development, sourcing, retail comp shops, brand positioning, QA and Supply Chain.
She joined ON AIR Sales in Summer of 2016 as Director of Accounts bringing her knowledge of the QVC business, curated eye for product, and retail analysis.
Colleen is a graduate of Dickinson College with a BA in Art History. She spent 2000-2001 abroad in Bologna, Italy through the K. Robert Nilsson Center, Dickinson College Study Abroad program.
